Refund policy
Our company does not offer refunds on furniture and construction materials purchased from us. Product exchanges are only valid under specific conditions.
Exchange Conditions and Responsibilities:
Damaged/Faulty Products (Our Responsibility): If the product you purchased is defective/faulty from manufacturing or is broken/damaged during transport/transportation, the responsibility lies entirely with our company. In these cases, the product will be replaced with a new one free of charge.
(Important Note: For products broken during transport, it is mandatory to inspect the product at the time of delivery and prepare a damage report.)
Arbitrary Exchanges: Product returns or exchanges are absolutely not accepted for reasons such as "I didn't like it," "The size didn't fit," or "I changed my mind."
Unpackaged/Assembled Products: Exchanges of unpackaged construction materials (paint, mortar, etc.) and assembled/installed furniture are absolutely not possible. All customers who purchase our products are considered to have accepted this exchange policy.
