Shipping policy

This policy covers the delivery processes for bulky furniture and heavy construction materials ordered from our store to European Union (EU) countries and the United Kingdom (UK).
1. Order Preparation and Processing Time
Many of our furniture and construction materials undergo special packaging, palletizing, or production processes:
Standard Products in Stock: Delivered to the logistics company within 3-7 business days after order confirmation.
Custom-Made Products: Production time is indicated on the product pages, and preparation time can vary between 15 and 30 business days.
2. Delivery Times and Logistics Method
Due to the weight and volume of the products, shipments are made with road logistics companies specializing in international furniture/heavy cargo transportation (truck/partial load):
European Union (Central Countries): 10-14 business days from delivery to the logistics company. United Kingdom (England): 12-18 business days from delivery to the logistics company.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are automatically calculated on the payment page based on the total volume (m³) and weight of the products and the postcode (zipline) of your delivery address.
4. Customs Duties and Fees (Important - DAP)
Unless otherwise stated, all our shipments are made according to international DAP (Delivered At Place) rules. The shipping fee only covers transportation to the address.
Local customs duties, VAT, customs brokerage fees, and other costs that may arise at customs in the country of arrival are entirely the responsibility of the recipient (customer). (Brexit rules apply for the UK).
5. Delivery Conditions (Delivery to Building Front)
Deliveries of heavy and bulky loads are made in front of the building (on the sidewalk) as per the standard procedures of the logistics companies. The transportation of products to different floors, their entry into apartments, or assembly are not included in the shipping price.
The delivery address must be in a location accessible to large logistics vehicles (trucks or large lorries).
6. Damaged Delivery and Inspection Obligation
Please check the pallets and packages from the outside when receiving the products. If there is any damage to the packages such as crushing, breaking, or tearing, do not accept the product and be sure to have the courier fill out a "Damage Report". Our company is not responsible for external damages for which a report is not filed.
